1. Shoes sold are not returnable nor refundable. Sorry!

2. Payment of deposit must be made within 3 days after confirmation of order. You order will be cancelled if no payment is received. Once we have the stock in-hand, the remaining amount has to be paid before we will ship the item to you.

2. Postal flat rate of AUD10 apply.

3. We are not to be held liable for damages or lost during shipping from our headquarters to you.

This and That

1. The shoes featured on this site are pre-orders. That means we do not have stock in-hand, but we will place orders from our supplier once your order from us has been confirmed.

2. A certain amount for deposit is needed to confirm you order. This is to avoid backouts or MIA customers. Full refund will be given if your order is not available.

3. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your shoes to arrive at your doorstep. Its a long wait, but for shoes as gorgeous as these, its worth it ;)
